Dining Hall
With more than 1,000 offenders housed at Moose Lake, the facility serves approximately 1.1 million meals each year. In just one month, the facility serves 48,000 cartons of milk. |

8-Man Room
Most offenders at the MCF-Moose Lake live in multi-occupancy rooms. The facility was converted from a regional treatment center to a medium-security prison beginning in 1988.

MINNCOR Prison Industries offers work opportunities for offenders, including this textiles shop at Moose Lake. Offenders sew clothing, jackets, and linens for state inmates, among other items.
